    • Can I just give you my guest list and table numbers?

      Yes, as long as it's in CSV or XLS format. We'll take care of the rest.

    • Can I make changes to the seating arrangement after I've finalized it?

      Absolutely, just send us the updated CSV/XLS file, 24 hours before your event.

    • How can my guests find their table numbers?

      We will provide you with a link and QR Code that you can provide to your guests. All they have to do is access the link and search for their name, and it will show their table numbers.

    • Is there a limit to how many guests I can add to the app?

      There is a maximum limit of 1000 guests, however we can support more at an additional cost. Contact us for more information.

    • What platforms is the app available on?

      We've built SeatFinder from the ground up to be a web app, so it's available on any device, mobile, desktop, or tablet.

    • Do my guests need to download the app to view their seats?

      Not at all, they can access the app from any device that has a web browser. No download needed!

    • Can I get a refund?

      We understand things happen. Elegance plan members can receive a refund of 50%, as long as the request is made 48 hours before the event.

    • Can I customize the color scheme, fonts and text?

      Definitely! Just select the plan that includes customization options.

    • Are payments secure?

      Yes, we use Stripe to process all payments. We do not store any credit card information or payment details on our end. Stripe also has a strict privacy policy, which you can read here.

    • Is there a customer support line I can call if I need help?

      Email us, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

    • Can I use the app for other events like corporate parties, conventions, etc?

      Definitely, we can accommodate any event!

    • Do I have lifetime access?

      We do not support lifetime access. However, based on the plan you select, we can provide access for different time periods. If none of the options suits your needs, please contact us.

    • Does your platform provide an analytics tool for monitoring user activity?

      While we currently do not have an analytics tool, we are open to integrating one if we observe a greater demand and more requests for it.

    • Can I buy the same plan more than once for two events that are close together?

      Ofcourse, feel free to purchase the same plan as many times as you need. Just be mindful that every transaction is treated as a separate purchase, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original purchase (i.e. re-submitting guestlist and redefining your requirements).
